This course will show you how to get the most from the Digital Experience.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- State the purpose of the Digital Experience without reference to your notes
- List at least three features available within the Digital Experience
- Provide the Client access to the Digital Experience
The Digital Experience gives you the ability to provide an online portal for your Clients. The Client will be able to use this portal to self-serve. For instance, you can empower your clients with the ability to create shift demands and/or rate workers.
